Same design as banknote P#22 except the name of the national bank, date and signatures. Watermark may vary.
Later in 1941 this banknote was overprinted and it is P#23 (overprinted only on P#27b)
Years and name of the banks are the most easy way to distinguish them and watermarks are important:
1920 = P#22 NARODNA BANKA KRALJEVINE SRBA, HRVATA I SLOVENACA watermark like P#27a
1929 = P#23 NARODNA BANKA KRALJEVINE JUGOSLAVIJE exists with both watermarks
1941 = P#27 СРПСКА НАРОДНА БАНКА (SRPSKA NARODNA BANKA) watermark like P#27b
